Brothers Lon & Kip Kinn founded the company in 1980 after graduating from Terra Technical School in Fremont, Ohio, with an associate's degree in Applied Science, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Starting from a small garage on East Southern Avenue in Bucyrus, Kinn Brothers began installing Trane & Amana equipment and quickly gained a reputation for their exceptional service and expertise. Today, Kinn Brothers offers a full range of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services for homes, businesses, and industrial facilities in Bucyrus, OH, and surrounding areas. Our History in Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
After graduating from their technical school, Kinn Brothers purchased the former Holtshouse & Zahn Plumbing & Heating business in 1990. The purchase allowed Kinn Brothers to relocate to their current location on Whetstone Street. The new building included a larger office, storage, and warehouse area, a sheet metal shop, a loading dock, and a parking area. This move was a game-changer for Kinn Brothers, allowing them to expand their capabilities and serve their customers better. They became Lennox Dealers and started recommending and selling Lennox equipment. Later, they added the Bryant line of heating and cooling equipment and began to install water furnace geothermal equipment.
